Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for the BillPulse Service operated by billpulse.io. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.

1. Free tier

BillPulse offers a free tier with limited usage. No payment is required to use it, and nothing in this Policy obligates you to subscribe.

2. Subscriptions & automatic renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected) and automatically renew at the then-current price at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method through our payment processor (Stripe).

3. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your account billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then.

4. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for:

• partial billing periods or time remaining after cancellation;
• unused analyses, charge reviews, or other plan allowances;
• dissatisfaction with results, which are never guaranteed (see our Disclaimer); or
• failure to cancel before a renewal date.

We may, at our sole discretion and without creating any obligation, grant a refund or credit in individual cases (for example, a clear duplicate charge). Where a statutory right to a refund or cooling-off period applies to you, nothing in this Policy limits that right.

5. Price changes

We may change subscription prices or plan features prospectively. We will provide notice as required by law, and changes apply to billing periods beginning after the change takes effect.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us first at support@billpulse.io so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
