Each time you upload a bill and our AI scans it for errors, that counts as one analysis. Re-uploading the same bill counts as a new analysis. The Free plan includes 1 per month.
After your bill is scanned, each billing error we surface in full detail — including the overcharge breakdown and dispute letter language — counts as one charge review. Free users see one error card; paid plans unlock more.
Your plan's charge reviews are a shared monthly pool — they're not allocated per bill. If your Individual plan gives you 5 charge reviews and you upload two bills, those 5 reviews are split across both bills however the errors fall.

We always show the highest-overcharge errors first, so your pool is spent on the savings that matter most. If a bill has 10 errors but you only have 3 reviews left in your pool, we'll show the top 3 errors in full detail and summarise the rest.

The pool resets on the 1st of each month — unused reviews do not roll over.
