All content, analyses, error flags, savings estimates, benchmark figures, dispute letters, explanations, and other materials provided through the Service are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, any form of professional advice, including but not limited to:

2. Automated and AI-generated output may be wrong

Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misclassified, or entirely incorrect; it may misread your document, miss genuine errors, or flag charges that are in fact correct. Savings figures and benchmark rates are estimates derived from third-party and public data sources that may not apply to your specific bill, provider, plan, region, or date of service.

You must independently review and verify all output before relying on it or acting on it. Do not treat any figure, flag, or letter as a statement of fact about your bill.

3. No guarantee of results

BillPulse makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that you will find any billing error, obtain any reduction, refund, credit, or settlement, win any dispute, or achieve any particular outcome. Any examples, averages, statistics, or testimonials describe past or illustrative results only and are not a promise that you will experience similar results. Outcomes depend on facts outside our control, including your provider, insurer, the accuracy of your documents, and applicable law.

4. You are responsible for what you submit

Dispute letters and other documents generated by the Service are templates that you may choose to use. You are solely responsible for reviewing them, deciding whether to send them, correcting any inaccuracies, and for all communications you have with any provider, insurer, collection agency, government agency, or other party. Submitting inaccurate, incomplete, or unsupported claims to third parties may have consequences for which BillPulse is not responsible.

5. Not a HIPAA-covered entity; bills may be processed by third parties

BillPulse is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse, and is not a "covered entity" or "business associate" under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA"). Information you upload is handled under our Privacy Policy, not HIPAA. To analyze a document, its contents may be processed by third-party artificial-intelligence and infrastructure providers. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.

6. Third-party data and links

The Service relies on third-party and public data sources (for example, published fee schedules and market-rate databases) and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any third-party data, content, or site.

7. No warranties; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillPulse disclaims all warranties and limits its liability as set out in our Terms of Service, which you should read in full. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
